The Left Sentence

In Cuban art, there are numerous examples of artists questioning past and present through re-interpretation and intertextual hybridization. This exhibition presents objects complicit in narratives that have influenced unilateral thinking. The young artists have rewritten seemingly mundane thoughts with embedded references to historical documents, ecclesiastical and political power structures, cultural discourse, and cinema reflections, enabling the objects' re-existence.
